Today I will be reviewing Bioderma Sebium Purifying Foaming Gel. This particular foaming gel is for Combination to oily skin type and is very effective. Let’s see the effects of it-

Biological Mode of Action

My personal Experience with the product-
The product comes in a transparent plastic bottle comprising a blue color sticker in front with green color pump dispenser on it which looks really nice and a good combination. As it is a transparent bottle we can see blue color cleansing gel in it clearly and also we can check-out the left over product. I just love the pump dispenser bottle as we are in charge of the product we actually require.

Let’s talk about the texture of the product. The product is blue in color and is in a gel form as the name speaks. It is a derma product, tested in their lab and is chemical free. We are so much surrounded by the pollution and chemical around us that ever our skin need such type of product to feel fresh. Though it is soap free product, it gives sufficient lather on the face.
When I first applied this product on my face, I massaged it nicely on my damp skin giving it time to work on it. The lather was good, not too less nor to more. While massaging on my skin it gave me smooth feeling on my hands so I was more excited to see the result after face wash. After washing my face the first thing I noticed was my skin became clear and smooth. You can identify it on skin if the face wash is really working or not. It gave me a velvety feeling when touched making it supple, gentle, smooth and clear. Then I made it a routine for a week to use it twice daily and I must tell you I am really happy with this product. My skin quality has improved steadily making it fresh. Also, the uneven skin tone has improved a lot. It also work on my pigmented area but won’t say that 100% pigmentation is cured.

It’s been 3 months I am using this product and to be very honest this is my 2nd bottle of this product. As it purifies the skin sometimes I also use it as body wash with luffa because this product is not at all harsh. I usually have a sensitive + combination skin so for me this product has worked liked a miracle. After I shifted to Dubai, though I tried a lot of products but I have sticked to 2 face wash which has suited me a lot that is Vichy {https://beautigleecious.wordpress.com/2016/10/02/vichy-normaderm-deep-cleansing-purifying-gel/} and the 2nd one which I am currently using. Before purchasing any product it is very important to know what your skin type is so that you can select your product accordingly.
The only disadvantage about this product is it makes my skin little dry after washing but within few seconds it is back to normal. So what they say is not 100% true at all. Also this product does not completely work on acne marks or on pigmentation which can really disappoints you for the price you are paying. But again this is the fact that we cannot find everything under one product. It is not a travel friendly product due to pump dispenser there are chances that product can spill out anytime making you bag, cloths or thing dirty and messy.

Overall, I loved this product as it has purified my skin and made it supple and fresh. It has improved my skin texture, tone and has lighten skin. It a very nice product and also can be used as body wash because it is organic, chemical free and not at all harsh on the skin. Gals having dry skin they have the range for you so do try it out. I highly recommend it and do try if you’re looking for a face wash for combination to oily or acne-prone skin.
