Garnier Ultra Blends Mythic Olive Oil Shampoo Review

Hello lovelies…

This is my first post on the hair care product and I am very excited to talk about it. I always liked sunsilk black shampoo until and unless I encountered with this Garnier Ultra Blends Mythic Olive Oil Shampoo and conditioner. It’s been 3+ years in Dubai and like other ladies even I have started facing hair fall, frizziness, dry hair which made me unhappy as in India I had a very good volume of hair plus they were too bouncy. I have tried so many different brand of shampoo and now finally I am sticked to this product. I will talk about conditioner in another post. So, let’s start our Garnier shampoo tour-

My Experience with Garnier Ultra Blends Mythic Olive Oil Shampoo –

The first thing which attracted me and forced to buy this product was the packaging of this bottle. It comes in a plastic olive green transparent bottle with a golden color flip and a beautiful picture of Olive on it adding grace to it. The other thing which catched my eye was the word mentioned on the bottle- “Paraben free”. The flip on bottle is tight enough which makes it a travel friendly product.

The texture of shampoo is transparent when poured in hand. It has a refreshing fragrance. The consistency of the shampoo is semi gel like which is more on the thinner side. When I applied on wet hair, it lathers beautifully… I love to gently massage the roots of my hair with the lather of the shampoo to make sure it deeply cleanses my scalp. After working it in for a couple of minutes, I wash it off with Luke warm water. I do not keep any shampoo in my hair for more than 2-3 minutes at max.

After my hair wash I could feel that it did not dry out my hair plus the fragrance did lasted for a while and to my surprise it removed all kinds of oil and dirt leaving my hair healthy and shiny specially in place like Dubai where you have to face everyday sand and dust. I usually follow my hair wash with conditioner from the same range which makes them appear frizzy free, clean, shiny and soft. I will shortly review the conditioner too. Though it does not have paraben but it do contain sulphate. I still used it because it said it has olive oil in it and that it is a nourishing shampoo So, I really wanted to try it out and well I wasn’t disappointed at all.

Overall, I feel this shampoo is perfect for all hair types. I have tried this shampoo on my colored hair, oiled hair, styled hair and dusty hair especially the place where I live. It gives a very nice shiny hairs, control fizziness and does not make your hair dry. what else you can ask for. So, my dear friends if you are looking for a nice shampoo which cleanses your hair well without drying it, you can give this a try. It’s a pocket friendly, paraben free and travel friendly product. So, it’s a go-go from my end and I am highly impressed with this product.
