Kama Ayurveda Pure Rose Water Review

Hey my dolls,

How you all are doing? I am back with another rose water product review. If you barbies are following my blog then you must have seen my recent review on rose water from brand forest essential. I am seriously shifting towards this natural and organic product so that my skin absorb all chemical free products. More chemical product you apply more it will damage your skin in long run. The reason why I opted for this rose water was its description which says that “This rose water is made from roses of Kannauj which is rich in white soil” and I grabbed it without giving a thought. So not wasting much time lets get started with it. 😊

Price- Rs. 950 for 200ml

Product claims-

A wonderful Rose water that is made from the roses of Kannauj – a region in North India, rich in white soil conductive to roses’ growth. The Kannauj rose is considered special due to its similarity to the Bulgarian rose. The steam distillation process used to create this water ensures a high level of hygiene and unmatched purity. Rose water is a natural astringent that balances and restores skin’s PH level, helps tighten pores and acts as the perfect alcohol-free toner for oily or acne-prone skin. Its light cleansing and clarifying action help in removing cleanser residue while readying the skin for further skincare treatment. A refreshing spritz that can be used to refresh the skin at any time of the day.

My Experience with Kama Ayurveda Pure Rose Water-

This product comes in a dark brown color plastic bottle with a black nozzle on top which is covered with a transparent plastic cap. The bottle is very sturdy and have mentioned entire details of the product on it which really make it appear pretty and informative. The spray disperses the rose water in a lovely mist with is equally distributed on its coarse. The packaging of product is hygienic as well as travel friendly and have taken place in my bag 😊

When you spray the rose water on face it covers almost your entire face which is really impressive. Just 2 pumps of spray and you are ready to go. Being in a humid climate, it has really been my lifeline as it truly refreshes my face and keep it hydrated for some time. Also, it is suitable for all skin type which is nice. It balances out skin’s pH & enriches it with the good nourishing stuff. When you spray the product, you can smell the amazing aroma of rose and it really calm down your sense making you feel happy and pleasant. Honestly, it lingers my nose :D. Though I don’t have much pores so can’t really comment on it, but I am very happy with this product and feel worth every rupee spent on it. The one fact I loved about the Kama Ayurveda Pure Rosewater is that it has absolutely no chemicals at all! It is totally herbal recipe made in accordance to Ayurveda norms and it is actually very beneficial for your skin.

I usually use this rose water in following ways-

  1. As a face mist
  2. After cleansing makeup I spray it all over on my face to calm down my sensitive skin.
  3. Mixing in face pack
  4. As blessed with humid climate, I keep on spraying it on my travel or as and when required.
  5. After washing face in night I spray a pump on my face, giving it time to work on my skin and next morning my skin look bit glowing and fresh
  6. I also use this rose water under or on my eyes to calm them.
  7. I also use to cleanse my face even if I am at home. I spray a pump on my face and the clean it with cotton so it gives me deep cleansing.

Overall, I am really very happy with the product as it really worked well on my skin. I haven’t seen any irritation or breakout on my skin while using this. I really have a sensitive or say baby skin so it also calms down my skin when I come from hot weather or after removing my makeup. It has many uses and its travel friendly. So, I highly recommend it.
