Kama Ayurveda Mridul Soap Free Face Cleanser- Review

Who needs a healthy, deep cleanse and purified skin?

Hey lovelies, I am back with another product from brand Kama Ayurveda which I wanted to review since long. Today I will be reviewing Mridul soap free face cleanser and my experience with this product. When I first took this product in hand I was bit confused as it has mentioned soap free cleanser on it but does not foam so I thought it must be a sort of scrub but let me tell you I was wrong which I will explain you in detail in my experience section. The best thing about this product is it is free from preservatives, colourants, fragrances, petrochemicals and I am sure this mask would have all the natural properties which will be beneficial for skin. My Experience with Mridul soap free face cleanser –
Kama Ayurveda Mridul Soap Free face cleanser comes in a sturdy tin container with a lid. Inside the container, the powder cleanser is packed in a clear plastic bag so that it is free from getting moist and attacked by germs. The best thing I liked about this product is that they have provided a small wooden spatula to take out the cleanser for use. The compact size of the jar makes it travel-friendly (provided you keep in plastic pouch or there are chances to spill out) and the metallic body makes it durable. The jar contains all the details of the product mentioned on it plus they have tried to give a touch of a khadi effect to jar making it appear pretty cool.

The powder comes in greenish shade with a mixture of herbs which your will immediately notice by its fragrance. The powder is finely milled and have a crumbly texture which will also work as exfoliator. I like to mix this product with rose water or with normal water.

As mentioned by brand, I take 2 spoons of powder in palm and mix it well with rose water/ normal water turning it into fine paste so that it makes my application easy (Note- here spoon means wooden spoon which I got with this product). Before application either I splash water on my face or clean it with garnier michellar water so that entire dirt is removed from my face. I apply the past on my wet face and massage it for 5-7 min nicely so that it removes all the impurities from my face leaving it smooth, fresh and clean. While massaging the paste I did not felt any burning sensation or powder harsh on my face even the exfoliation was quite soft on my face. It comes out easily with water although the entire process is little messy as its granules drop all over the wash-basin making it dirty. Also my skin is very sensitive and immediately react to product if it does not suit me but I am quite happy with this one as I haven’t noticed any breakout or dryness on my face as its been 3 months now. The product contains herbal ingredients turmeric, neem, camphor which are all ayurvedic antibacterial ingredients, so its quite helpful in preventing breakouts and helps with mild acne. I am not sure how it works on blackhead or white head as I don’t have any plus I haven’t noticed this product doing wonder on tan, pigments or even out skin.

Overall, I really liked the product and compared to other brand its reasonable. For all the pregnant ladies out there you can try out this range as its organic, herbal and natural plus it is suitable for every skin type. Even though this cleanser does not foam up but it do leaves your skin clean, clear and fresh by removing all impurities and dirt from skin. I wish it would have helped me in achieving even-out skin by removing tan, pigments from my face. None the less, this product still have my heart as its properties are quite beneficial for my skin.
