My experience with the product-

The lipstick comes in a black cardboard box with the lipstick name mentioned on it and color shade at the bottom of the box which looks pretty nice. The lipstick comes in a black bullet with a transparent black cap on it. The packaging looks simple and elegant, but quality is not that great. The Cap is not that tight to its bullet so can be risky to carry on long trips until n unless packed properly.

The shade I have bought is Burgundy blast. It is a deep maroonish color which looks amazing and stunning once worn on lips. The texture is very buttery, creamy and glides smoothly on lips without making any efforts. The consistency is thick. The lipstick is so buttery that one has to be very careful during application as the lipstick can break easily, so it is suggestible to keep this sculler in refrigerator.

The aroma is very tempting and it literally soothes the nose. The pigmentation is really awesome. Color payoff can be seen in the single swipe and depending on the mood the intensity of the shade can be built. It gives velvety matte finish which appears to be shinny, so not a pure matte.

The brand claims that lipsticks are designed to be long-wear and infused with goodness of raspberry seed oil known for its deeply nourishing and soothing properties. Don’t worry about a drying effect as it is enriched with nourishing properties that keep lips soft and tender. But to be honest, this is not the case. My lips were pretty dry after 4 hours and literally I felt like taking it off. My lips felt way too heavy which irritated me. The lipstick do transfer on spoon, glass, cheeks etc. hence, not a smudge proof one.

After 3 hours, the lipstick started fading and being a darker shade, it has left patches behind on lips which was not at all looking good and hence has exposed my chapped lips or say made it appeared like chapped lips which calls for constant touchups.

Overall, for me it’s was a huge disappointment for the amount charged which does not justify the quality. I am sure there are more varieties available in drugstore at this price with beautiful packaging. I won’t be recommending this lipstick but if any one wants to give a try they can always, as the makeup perform differently on different skin and tones.

Pros-

  • Packaging is simple and elegant.
  • Formla is buttery, creamy and soft
  • Glides easily on lips without dragging
  • Aroma is amazing and soothes nose

Cons-

  • Pricey
  • Staying power is less
  • Lipstick fades after 3 hours and leave patches behind which looks bad if dark shades are used.
  • It does transfer on things so constant touchups are required.
  • It felt heavy on lips after some time which irritated me
  • It also dried my lips
